Aviation has been one of my passions for more than twenty years.
I held a Private Pilot Licence (PPL-A) and flew a variety of single-engine aircraft, including the Cessna 172, Piper PA-28 Archer, Diamond DA40, Tecnam 2008 and Pipistrel Alpha Electro.
The Cessna 172 was the aircraft on which I accumulated most of my flying experience. I also learned to fly on the Bravo AS-202, including my first solo flight.
After many years of fixed-wing flying, I stopped flying single-engine piston aircraft at the age of 60. Today, I occasionally take helicopter flying lessons purely for the enjoyment of flying.
